At RankinsJewellers, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your piece isn't perfect, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all eligible items in their original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal or contact our customer care team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely place your jewelry in its original designer packaging and include all certificates, tags, and the printed return authorization form.

  Ship the Item

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location, ensuring you obtain a tracking receipt.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our gemologists verify the item's condition, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
